President
Barry opened the doors to PROS in the spring of 1988. His work experience before starting PROS included working in the sales and engineering departments of Vic Manufacturing, one of the largest manufacturers of dry cleaning equipment in the US.
One of his projects at Vic was to open a parts sales division called Imparts that helped support dry cleaning equipment that was imported from Italy and Germany. Previous to his work experience at Vic Barry studied Engineering at the University of Colorado. Over the years, Barry guided PROS Parts as the company began manufacturing dry cleaning machinery and added the support of laundry parts to the company’s activities.
Barry now lives in Plymouth, Minnesota with the love of his life, Katie. He has two college age sons Sawyer and Colton and a dog named Sora. Barry is an avid downhill and cross country skier, and also likes to snow shoe, kayak, hike and travel. Barry enjoys music from the 70s and 80s and more recent bands like One Republic, Coldplay and Imagine Dragons.

Operations Manager
Bruce Hope joined PROS in September of 1991. He is responsible for making sure all areas of the company work together flawlessly so that customers have the best possible experience. He manages all of our information technology and communications equipment and software and oversees our processes and procedures. If you like the way PROS Parts does business, Bruce has probably had a hand in assuring that. If you have a complaint, he would love to hear it and will make his best effort to make sure we never hear the complaint again.

Marketing Manager
Katie recently joined PROS Parts. She helps build out the marketing strategy, with a focus of understanding our customers and what they really need in terms of parts and supplies to help ensure their industrial laundry and dry cleaning equipment stays up and running.
Katie's background is in marketing and brand strategy, working in larger corporate, small business, non-profit and higher education arenas - all with the goal of knowing what is important to the audience and implementing communications and opportunities that help people reach their goals.
Married to Barry, she lives in Plymouth, Minnesota and has a daughter and son along with her two stepsons, and of course Sora. She finds her rejuvenation in the outdoors, enjoying long walks, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and anything outside.
Technology and Systems Manager
Hai is PROS’ Manager of Technology and Systems. He is responsible for overseeing PROS’ overall technology infrastructure, day-to-day IT operations, website oversight, and data integration.
Hai brings a breadth of technology experience, with a background in eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, ERP integrations, and digital infrastructure. He has worked in high-volume business environments, contributing to both strategy and implementation.
Hai enjoys researching new technologies and working across different business systems. He also likes to read business books and case studies to continue expanding his knowledge. On the weekends, he enjoys watching and playing soccer when the weather is nice.

Controller
Maria is PROS’ Controller, providing accounting, financial, forecasting, and tax management as well as helping us make data-driven decisions. She comes to PROS with many years of experience working with a breadth of different types of organizations.
Maria can help you with your billing and accounting questions.
In her time outside of work, Maria enjoys road trips to warmer US locations as she practices becoming a “snowbird,” spending time outdoors at the lake with family and friends and is an avid reader.

Export Sales Manager
Donald joined PROS Parts in 2012 as a receiving specialist and moved into his current position in international sales in 2013. He has an AAS in Information Management Systems from Northwest Electronics Institute, which is now part of Dunwoody College.
Donald honed his information management skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills while working in customer service for Sleep Number. He further refined these skills while working for Wells Fargo as a phone banker.
Donald enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their two daughters, Annika and Elsa. When the opportunity allows, Donald enjoys spending time outdoors in northern Minnesota ATVing, fishing, and golfing with his brothers.

Inside Sales and Customer Service
Christine has been at PROS since 2014. She helps customers with their orders and ensures they get the parts they need so that equipment downtime is minimized. Christine started at PROS working receiving and oversaw the purchasing process until her latest move to work in sales.
Before PROS, Christine has been a substitute teacher, band teacher, and a loss mitigation specialist at US Bank. She has a BA in music from St. Olaf College and plays many instruments including the oboe and piano.
Christine is married to another team member, Donald, and enjoys spending time outside with their two daughters.

Domestic Business Development Manager
Nancy started at Pros Parts in 2007 in Customer Development.
She graduated with a BA in Sociology from University of Colorado at Boulder.
As part of the PROS Parts team, she informs potential customers that we are a source for commercial and industrial washer and dryer parts, and helps the customer get good pricing, delivery and customer service.

Shipping and Warehouse Manager
Grant started at PROS in 2023. He oversees the warehouse – ensuring the shipping and receiving of our products meet your expectations, carefully organizing all aspects of the physical space, and making sure our inventory is accurate and displayed for easy access.
Grant has been in the warehouse profession for more than 20 years, and PROS is thrilled to have his expertise and dedication as part of our team.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys disc golf, being outside, hanging out with friends, and skateboarding.

Business Office Administrator
Nicole joined PROS in 2024. Her main role is to help ensure the purchasing functions run smoothly so that customers get the products they need as quickly as possible. She also helps with some of the invoicing functions and other receiving and office support so that the work of the PROS team works as efficiently as possible.
Nicole comes to PROS with a number of years experience supporting customer service, operations, compliance, budget administrations and more.
Nicole brings fun to PROS through organizing potlucks and other forms of pulling the team together. She enjoys camping, watching movies, reading books and spending time with friends and family.

Inside Sales and Customer Service
PROS welcomed Derek to our team in 2025 as an Inside Sales and Customer Service representative. Derek comes with a strong blend of inside sales and customer service experience in the parts and equipment distribution industry, along with experience in installing laundry equipment.
Derek enjoys spending time rock climbing, riding his motorcycle, and watching his dog, Polly.

Daniel brings many years of experience to his Inside Sales and Customer Service role at PROS. He is driven to assist customers in finding the parts they need to keep their drycleaning and industrial laundry business up and running. His experience with shipping and receiving is an added bonus to our customers’ experience.
Outside of work, Daniel is a musician that performs around the Twin Cities with his band, Lars Nelson Band. He also enjoys concerts, reading and getting outdoors for long walks.

Inside Sales and Customer Service
Diane is a dedicated and resourceful Inside Sales professional. She brings experience in the automation industry and is adept at managing diverse accounts and ensuring timely delivery. She has a reputation for exceptional performance and commitment to quality while building relationships with customers.
Diane loves spending time outside - especially hiking, fishing, camping, and snowshoeing. When she is not outside, she spends her free time knitting, reading, playing board games and baking (with a new hobby of making sourdough bread!).

Keith is a driven and personable salesperson who brings many years of success in leading growth across the tech, healthcare and security industries. He previously was the Regional Sales Manager at MedTrainer with a strong track record of exceeding sales goals, developing high-performing teams, and creating partnerships. Keith is committed to building relationships with customers and ensuring they get the parts they need as quickly as possible.
Outside of work, Keith is a down-to-earth guy that enjoys watching sports, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife. He brings enthusiasm, focus and genuine connection to everything he does.

Mascot
Sora is a 6-year-old Black Lab/Australian Kelpie mix that comes to work with her owner Barry. She was a rescue from La Plata Humane Society in Durango, CO. Her daily duties include roaming the office, begging for treats, and playing fetch in the warehouse.
