PROS offers a variety of sizes and configurations to retrofit a cartridge filter system to spin disc filtration. Our conversions allow for excellent filtration while substantially reducing operating costs and perc exposure.

A typical retrofit includes the spin filter, carbon tower, mounting clamps, supports, inlet valve, drain valve and pressure gauges. PROS also makes a control box to simplify operation of the spin motor and other components such as air operated valves.
The PROS 30 disc Spin Filter below is show with a carbon tower mounted above it. The solvent flow goes into the spin filter on the bottom, out of the spin filter through the perforated shaft, into the carbon tower and finally back to the machine. In this way we achieve the highest level of filtration and carbon adsorption possible. The carbon tower hold 3 all carbon "splits".
