September 1, 2000 -- In order to better control the content of our website we haved moved to a new webserver.
In a constant effort to improve communication with our customers and better serve their informational needs, we have moved our internet web site to a new server. In addition we have begun to publish our own content on the website which will allow us to keep it up to date and react to customer requests in a more timely fashion.
New sections include an online catalog with photos of every item, a search form to be used for finding parts by description or number, a staff page to help you become acquainted with our personnel, a catalog request form as well as a feedback form and an industry links page. Also featured are our products which range from microprocessor controllers to a host of retrofit equipment such as Prosorbas, stills, and nitrogen generators.
Future additions will include a moderated discussion group where customers can post service or maintenance questions and receive feedback from other customers as well as our own engineering and service staff.
