Last Year's Highest Performing Customers are Awarded Gold Distributor Status.

Each year at the end of our fiscal accounting year on February 28, we review our customer relationships and award "Gold Status" to a group of customers who have achieved goals set by the company during the previous year. Last year we set a goal of $3,000 in invoiced parts sales in order to be awarded the Gold status for the following year. Over 150 distributors and service companies currently have PROS Gold status with the addition of this year's achievers.
"Gold status allows us to differentiate our customers and reward those that use PROS as their primary parts source", says PROS President Barry Victor. "This is a program we have had at PROS since our company was founded in 1988 and we feel it has worked well to motivate customers to use PROS as their primary source of supply." These distributors and service companies will receive the highest discount level available on the following year's purchases.
Companies that only use PROS as a source occasionally or as a backup to their other suppliers still receive a discount which will usually results in a very competitive price. We feel that this program is helping us grow our business with those customers willing to commit to PROS as their primary source of drycleaning repair parts. We have set the level for this years invoiced sales at $3,000 again which we feel is a very achievable goal for the majority of distributors and service companies.
