PROS Parts Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By placing orders you indicate your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Ordering Information. The following information is important to ensure that you receive the right product delivered to the right place. When ordering, please have the following information available: a. Machine model number, serial number, voltage and color, if painted. b. Billing name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date and credit card billing address. c. Shipping name, address, city, state and zip. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a post office box. Payment. Payment for Open Account orders are due based on day of shipment and any account with a balance past agreed terms automatically reverts to COD. Payment for COD orders will be accepted in the following forms: a. MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. b. Certified bank checks or cashier’s checks. c. Personal or company checks with prior approval. (Prepaid orders paid by personal or company checks will be held 10 days prior to shipping.) d. International order payments will be accepted in U.S. funds. Special Orders. Special order items must be paid for in advance at time of order. Special orders are non-refundable. Any form of payment listed above will be accepted for special orders. Minimum Orders. $25.00 minimum will be charged on all orders in order to defray the cost of packaging and processing the order. No minimum applies to backorders or to orders that are shipped from separate warehouses due to our stocking levels. Price Changes. All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. Manufacturing Sources. All parts sold hereunder are form, fit and functional replacement parts. They are designed and manufactured to replace OEM parts with quality matching parts. Any references to parts and part numbers are intended for identification only. Similarly, references to various manufacturers or their products are made solely for the purpose of identification and no implication of sponsorship or endorsement should be made. Shipping. PROS ships same day for orders received by 4:00pm (central time) and packages are shipped FOB PROS’ warehouse. We intend to ship all items from the same warehouse in the same package to minimize shipping costs. If partial orders are not acceptable, this should be stated at the time of order; otherwise we will ship from the most practical warehouse to speed delivery. Most orders are shipped by a small package carrier such as UPS. Freight and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Please indicate if you require expedited delivery such as next day or second day. Limited Warranty. PROS does not directly extend a warranty for the products we distribute. Because of the large numbers of suppliers and the wide variety of warranty policies, PROS cannot offer one specific warranty period to cover all products. The warranty provided to our customers comes directly from the manufacturer. Any claim for warranty must be made within the manufacture's time frame. PROS will have the sole right to determine whether the warranty is applicable. This express warranty is the only warranty made by PROS and there is no other warranty expressed or implied of merchantability, or fitness for purpose, or arising out of trade practices, or course of dealing or otherwise. PROS will not be liable for any damages arising out of the sale, installation, and/or use of the parts sold hereunder. Returns. PROS will not accept any return without an RMA (return merchandise authorization). When requesting an RMA, please provide our original invoice number and invoice date, as well as the reason for the return. Any return without an RMA and any return that is sent COD will be refused by our receiving department. Returned goods must be sent postage prepaid. We cannot accept returns of electrical parts that have been installed or removed from the original package. Please insure returned parts and be sure that returned parts are packaged properly. PROS will not issue a credit for damaged parts that were improperly packaged. Returns will be accepted on unused, undamaged components returned in the original box with original paperwork within 30 days of the date of shipment, postage paid. A credit or refund will be issued at the sole discretion of PROS and will be based on the amount of the original invoice less freight charges. Returns that are neither defective nor due to a shipping error will be accepted for credit or refund for the amount of the original invoice less 15% restocking fee and less freight charges. PROS does not accept returns of special order items. |
