Mark joined PROS in September of 1996.  He started in Equipment Sales and still devotes time to that, but the majority of his time is now spent supporting our parts sales efforts.  Mark manages our effort to follow-up on parts quotes and customer issues.  He is also responsible for developing new distributors and service companies and helping them to understand the special programs PROS offers.

His prior work experience includes sales engineer for electromechanical components and sales representative for computer equipment.  He has a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.
